Leah is an experienced leader in the disability sector with over 15 years’ experience delivering and overseeing safe, high-quality, and compliant supports. Beginning her career as a disability support worker, she has developed a strong, practice-based understanding of risk management, safeguarding, and the delivery of inclusive, person-centred services.
Throughout her career, Leah has held senior operational leadership roles with responsibility for service quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. She has led service design and implementation initiatives aligned with regulatory and NDIS Practice Standards, and brings extensive expertise in NDIS navigation to support both participants and teams.
Holding a degree in Community Welfare and formal studies in frontline management, Leah is known for her collaborative and inclusive leadership style, working closely with stakeholders to embed quality systems, uphold compliance obligations, and achieve positive, sustainable outcomes for people with disability.
