What we do

Affordable Housing program

The Affordable Housing Program (AFP) provides housing solutions to those who cannot afford the current rental market in Sydney. One of its main purposes is to allow tenants an opportunity to save for a home deposit or just be able to afford the simple and basic requirements that seem impossible when paying extremely high rents in the current rental climate.

What is the ICLA, Affordable Housing Programme?

The ICLA Affordable Housing Program is for eligible applicants who are in the very low to low and moderate-income brackets and live and or work in the Strathfield LGA area. We want to lease the units to eligible applicants at a reduced rent which will be lower than the median rental prices for the Strathfield LGA.

The applicants must fit within specific income brackets and meet the other eligibility requirements of the program.
