Individualised support and assistance with daily personal supports provided by staff who are experienced working in mental health
Community access as we know it is important to have friends and enjoy time in the community doing interesting activities
That are located in Sydney’s inner west, eastern suburbs and south eastern suburbs
Personalised support from a clinical practice team
We have properties that are 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom and 4 bedroom homes and that have people of mixed genders as well as single sex.
Who’s eligible?
Our Supported Independent Living Program is for people:
- With a psychosocial disability and / or mental health condition
- Aged between 18 and 65 years of any gender
- Without current problematic substance use
- Eligibility or approval for NDIS SIL funding
