Supported Independent Living

Transitional and long term homes for people living with mental health conditions and psychosocial disabilities.

We have several apartments in Strathfield available for rent by eligible tenants.

We provide Short Term Accommodation, including NDIS respite care, support and accommodation for a short time away from a participant’s usual home.

A service aimed to provide personalised and skill-based support to people living with psychosocial disabilities who wish to work on their independence and access the community.

Our Support Coordinators provide personalised support to people who wish to manage and fully utilise their NDIS funding

Entry-level support under Commonwealth Home Support Programme to help older people continue to live safely and independently at home.

We provide personalised in-home supports to individuals with psychosocial disabilities, tailored to the individual’s needs to maintain their independence.

A virtual, online peer support program for people who are feeling low, lonely or isolated to connect with peer support workers who can advise or empathise with their own lived experience.

The Prevention and Recovery Centre provides short-term stays in a homely environment to people who wish to focus on their mental health recovery, with the support of a team with lived experience.
